Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms apply to the Peeko website and app during the closed beta. By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using Peeko, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. About the service

Peeko is an analytics tool that shows publicly available content and metrics from official brand accounts on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and turns them into comparisons, charts and the weekly Peeko Index. Peeko is operated from Lithuania. Full operator details will be added before public launch.

2. Closed beta

• The beta is free. Features, data coverage and limits may change, be added or be removed at any time.
• Access is by approval. We may approve, pause or end access to the beta at our discretion.
• The service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability, completeness or accuracy. Things may break while we build.
• When paid plans launch, we will tell you in advance. Nothing becomes paid without your explicit agreement.

3. Who can use it

Peeko is a professional tool for marketing agencies, freelancers and in house marketing teams. You must be at least 18 years old and use it for business purposes.

4. Your account

• Keep access to your login email or Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share your access with others; ask us for additional access instead.
• Tell us right away at hello@example.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, export in bulk, resell or republish the data or the database of Peeko, or build a competing product from it;
• access the service with bots or automated tools other than features we provide;
• try to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or in breach of the rules of the social platforms;
• present our analysis or the Peeko Index as your own, or remove attribution when sharing it.

Sharing individual insights, screenshots or Peeko Index share images with clients and on social media is welcome, as long as Peeko is credited.

6. Brand content and intellectual property

• Posts, videos, images, logos and trademarks shown in Peeko belong to the brands and creators who published them. They are shown for reference, research and analysis.
• Seeing content in Peeko does not give you any right to reuse it. If you want to use someone else's creative work, get permission from its owner.
• The Peeko software, design, analysis, scores, the Peeko Index and its methodology belong to us.
• If a brand or a person wants content removed from Peeko, contact hello@example.com.

7. Data accuracy and the Peeko Index

Our data comes from public sources and is collected on a schedule, so it can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Promotion status is only visible for TikTok; Instagram and Facebook posts are shown as unknown. Peeko Index scores are estimates based on the published methodology on the How we rank page. They are not an official rating, an endorsement or a statement about any brand's business results. Do not rely on them as the only basis for important business decisions.

8. Third party platforms

Peeko is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook) or Google. Embedded content is provided by those platforms under their own terms.

9. Feedback

We welcome feedback during the beta. You agree that we may use your suggestions to improve the service without any obligation to you.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or decisions made on the basis of the data, and our total liability during the free beta is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer.

11. Ending access

You can stop using Peeko at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we end the beta.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. We will change the date at the top and notify registered users of important changes. Continuing to use Peeko after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to a court in your country.
